Ceiling Mounted Shelving
Installed ceiling mounted shelving in a customer's garage to create additional storage space. Several of the units were installed above the garage doors. The builder created a utility bay right in the middle of one of the joists we were using so we had to install a cleat to improvise.

Television Mount and Soundbar Installation
Installation of a television and soundbar mount in the living room and a tv mount in the bedroom.

Shower Caulking
Removed and replaced caulking from the shower vertical seams. Also removed the original grout underneath the caulking. Initially, someone had caulked over the failing grout. When that didn't work, someone else caulked over the caulking and it looked pretty ugly.

Holiday Lighting
Installed and secured holiday lighting along the roofline.

Shower Caulking
Cut out failing, molding caulking where tile met the shower pan. Sprayed a bleach mixture to kill any remaining mold and (after drying) re-caulked with 100% silicone.

TV Mount Installation
Installation of a full-motion tv mount in the living room and a tilting tv mount in the bedroom. Customer wanted to swivel the living room TV to be able to be seen while working in the kitchen.

Flooring Installation
Removed previous flooring and replaced with a new floating floor and new transition strips. The room was given a fresh coat of paint and blinds replaced.

Chandelier With Medallion
Installation of a ceiling medallion and chandelier. The chandelier is controlled by a smart switch for a tech savvy twist.

Installation of custom trim molding throughout the living areas of the house.

Renovation of a kitchen pantry. Existing wire shelves removed and replaced with custom-made, floating, wooden shelves.

Built a small enclosure to store a generator. Ventilated for storage of fuel.

Curtain Track Installation
Installation of curtain tracks flush mounted to the ceiling. Installation included an inner and outer track for a transparent and blackout curtain combination. Curtains were hemmed to match the ceiling height.
